The newly launched project called ATHLON is the second residential development in the prime location of Dubai. This new property is being built with the partnership of Dubai Holding. It will include townhouses and villas with around 1,492 number of units. For now the expected starting price is Dh 2.8 million.

These two companies have been working together from last year of February 2023 which made Aldar's grand entry to the luxurious property market of Dubai and now their second project is being built at Dubailand. Their first project, Haven by Aldar, was also successful and sold out shortly after its launch.

The booking of these new luxurious properties has begun from May 7 of 2024, and it is also predicted that this new project by Aldar is going to be sold out very soon so it is good to purchase these properties now. People are interested in Athlon because of its lavishness and connectivity to other prime locations like Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport.
