Dubai's real estate market witnessed whopping sales figures in the 13 years in June hitting $6.9 billion. Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Downtown Dubai were the top-performing areas. The Dubai real estate market recorded AED 25.33 billion sales in June- almost the sale of the whole of 2021 as revealed by Dubai Land Development (DLD) data.
June recorded the figures of 32.88% higher than what 24.21% observed in May 2022. Dubai's real estate market has faced grueling points hindering its growth but, apparently, it is developing tremendously well and not going to disappoint this year. 2022 is a lucky year for DUBAI REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS.
Well, the June transactions have taken the entire world by storm, but it will be evenhanded if we look at the progress in the running month of July. According to Property Finder's demand data, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, The Palm Jumeirah, Damac Hills, and Mohammed bin Rashid City performed best in villas and townhouses and Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, The Palm, Business Bay, and Jumeirah Village Circle performed best in Apartments sale.
Dubai real estate market recorded transactions of AED 1.6 billion on 6th July as revealed by Dubai's Land Department (DLD). Approximately 454 sales transactions have been observed on a single day, this gives us an idea that the month of July will take the center stage with nearly AED 48 billion. Isn't it a big figure?
