Why Invest in Ras Al Khaimah? UAE’s Next Big Destination!

Opening a casino would not have happened anywhere else, as it is a big challenge, but it did in Ras Al Khaimah. There is already an annual price increase of 20 to 25% at a minimum, and when the casino launches in 2027, prices will increase even more. 

This is indeed a new market with the highest capitalization. Since prices are rising quickly, so, it's the perfect time to invest here. Not many people abroad know about Ras Al Khaimah; they have mainly heard of Dubai. By the time they learn about this paradise, it will already be too late to invest because prices will double when the casino opens.

How far is Ras Al Khaimah from Dubai?

It is approximately an hour's drive from Dubai, depending on the location.

Major highways in Ras Al Khaimah

There are three major highways:

• E11 - Sheikh Muhammad Bin Salem Road
• E311- Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road
• E18 - Manama - Ras Al Khaimah Road

These roads offer seamless and quick connectivity across the emirates.

When Dubai, 15 years ago, was developing the Palm Jumeirah, there was also this first shoreline that one could buy at a good price. There are already investments here, but back then, only a few believed in the future of Ras Al Khaimah. Look at them now, they are building the UAE’s first and major casino, the Wynn Casino Resort. It will be the tallest casino in the world, located in the tallest tower.

In the future, there will be helicopter taxis and water transport starting from 2027 when the casino becomes operational. The Emirate has become very popular precisely because of the beaches and resorts. 

There are a variety of five-star hotels located, namely:

• DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island  
• Rixos Bab Al Bahr
• The Cove Rotana Resort
• Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert
• Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island

In terms of cost, these hotels and resorts are not cheaper than those in Dubai. Because of the high standards and good quality beaches, usually better than those in Dubai. The beaches here are on the level of Abu Dhabi, open sea, and white sandy beaches. When you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai, you can always come to Ras Al Khaimah to enjoy a relaxing staycation with your family and friends. Moreover, there are all-inclusive hotels, which are practically none in Dubai.

Hayat Island is a man-made island within the Mina Al Arab area, offering apartments, penthouses, and villas. There is a beach similar to JBR beach in Dubai, known as Angel Bay, and The Nikki Beach Hotel, a five-star resort developed by Aldar Properties in collaboration with Nikki Beach Global, which has over 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry worldwide. 

It also includes InterContinental, a five-star hotel, which is one of the largest resorts in the Emirates. Anantara Mina, located on a small peninsula south of downtown Ras Al Khaimah, features 174 Maldivian-style rooms, consisting of a mix of suites and villas built exclusively on the water. One of the villas belongs to Sheikh Al Qasimi, with direct moon access to the beach. Here, they hold meetings with other presidents of different countries. 

The construction is 80% complete, and they plan to complete the entire island by 2027. With the opening of the casino, this will be the first completed community in all of Ras Al Khaimah with its developed infrastructure, including five-star hotels and beaches. Due to the creation of new infrastructure, the islands are being developed, offering a beach area in a new modern style. When all of this is completed, people will come here to relax and enjoy themselves in this beautiful promenade featuring hotels and residences, looking nothing short of a fairytale.

The development of Raha Island started a bit later than that of Hayat Island. It has a beach area of approximately 2.5 km, featuring a promenade and a walking area. There will also be a designated area for a public beach where all residents can visit for free, and the other two parts will be divided specifically for five-star hotels. 

One can buy residences right by the water, next to the beach. The buildings here are positioned at an angle, which provides an unobstructed view of the sea. It will be much more modernized, developed, but it will take time to completely develop. The famous shopping and entertainment destination, Al Hamra Mall, is located on the mainland, where one can shop in the high-end and luxurious stores and enjoy the delicacies at the different dining outlets.

Ras Al Khaimah is a promising new market in the UAE. Just like Dubai, the city whose journey from the sands to success was witnessed by the entire world, the same is expected to happen with this emerging paradise of opportunities. However, this rising success and achievements of this quiet emirate will bring an ocean of opportunities, or a drought, is yet to be discovered in the future.
